Question 1: How are the leads free?
Our leads come from niche markets and organizations we are contracted with. We've been receiving leads from these markets for over 50 years due to the reliability and great relationship that we've established over the years.
Question 2: How does contracting work if I'm already licensed?
If you’re already licensed, the process is usually pretty simple. We’ll review which states you’re licensed in, which carriers you’re currently appointed with, and whether any releases are needed from your current agency or IMO. Please note that our agency is CAPTIVE - you must cancel appointments with all other carriers to be able to qualify for our free leads. Our team helps guide you through the contracting process so you know exactly what needs to be completed before you start writing business.
Question 3: Is there one-on-one coaching?
The answer to this is a resounding YES! Once you are done with our live training and released for sales, you are expected to complete coaching calls with your trainer and dissect the day's work together to get you better every single day. You'll also be working alongside other agents listening to live calls and presentations daily.
Question 4: Are there easy to follow scripts?
YES. Everything we do is systematic, duplicatable, and scripted. There's no need to reinvent the wheel here - the answers to the test are given to you and you simply have to do the work. We also have proprietary presentation tools that allow agents to build packages and provide visuals for clients quickly and efficiently.
